Gibraltar is a melting pot of cultures and different cuisines, from  British, Spanish to Genoese (Italian), Moroccan and many others that gives Gibraltar a rich culinary heritage. I like to give a vegetarian twist to traditional dishes when possible to make a vegetarian alternative.
